UGC Manager

We are currently supporting a fast-growing e-commerce business that is looking for a UGC & Performance Creative Lead to take ownership of its creator-led acquisition strategy.

This is an initial 3-month contract , designed to give both parties the opportunity to get to know each other and ensure the role and working environment are the right fit.The intention is for this to transition into a permanent position if successful.

The business is very much in start-up mode , with a young, founder-led team and a high level of ownership.It is not a traditional 9-5 environment — there is flexibility around WFH, potentially 2-3 days per week, but the focus is on delivering results rather than fixed hours.The right person will need to genuinely enjoy a fast-paced, sometimes intense environment with plenty of opportunity to build and shape things.

The role will focus on UGC, creator management and performance creative , including sourcing creators, building a scalable content pipeline, testing creative across paid social and using metrics such as ROAS, CAC and CPA to drive optimisation and customer acquisition.

The key consideration is not simply technical experience, but whether the individual will thrive in a start-up environment, take ownership and enjoy building something from the ground up .
