Your Role

As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to ensure effective communication
• Filing and maintaining office records to keep everything organized
• Data entry and general computer-based administration to support the team
• Assisting with document preparation and correspondence to facilitate smooth workflows
• Managing emails and responding to routine enquiries to maintain excellent customer service
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What We're Looking For

We want to hear from you if you possess the following qualities:

• Previous administration or office experience is preferred
• Good telephone manner and communication skills to engage effectively
• Competence with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• A professional and friendly approach to foster a positive work environment
