Hybrid working model with a central London office and flexibility to work from home.

What you’ll do:

Build and maintain an analytic data platform and data pipelines to ensure reliable, accessible data.
Design and implement data architecture and modelling, working closely with IT and AI specialists.
Develop ingestion and integration pipelines from operational systems, APIs, and external feeds.
Create transformation pipelines and publish cleaned datasets for analysts and self‑service users.
Support governance, data quality, and cost monitoring across the platform.
Contribute to organisational training and documentation to foster a strong data culture.

What we’re looking for:

Deep knowledge of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT, data modelling, and governance.
Significant experience with cloud data infrastructure (ideally Azure/Fabric).
Strong SQL and Python skills.
Ability to leverage generative AI safely and effectively.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, collaborative approach.
Passion for using data to drive positive change.

Desirable: Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI technologies; familiarity with financial or investment data.
