Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join a busy Housing Service based in Stoke on Trent. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will assess individuals against eligibility criteria, provide housing management and tenancy sustainment support, and carry out home visits to ensure properties are safe and well maintained.
