Strong Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 administration experience
VMware vSphere, ESXi, or vCenter management experience
Relevant networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting experience
Backup and recovery technologies experience
PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Ability to commute to our London office on a hybrid basis
Responsibilities
Deliver 3rd line infrastructure support across our business
Provision, administer, and support Windows Server environments
Administer our VMware infrastructure, including virtual machines and storage capacity management
Monitor infrastructure performance, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents
Apply OS patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and manage antivirus protection
Monitor backups, perform restore testing, and support disaster recovery activities
Manage user access, server certificates, and core infrastructure services
Implement approved infrastructure changes and maintain technical documentation
Develop PowerShell scripts and automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency
