Liquid is seeking a Sales Executive for New Homes in Bracknell. The role covers selling a portfolio of new-build properties including Shared Ownership and Market Sale, from initial enquiry to completion, while hitting sales targets with excellent customer service.
You will liaise with solicitors, lenders and developers, manage applications and AML checks, and support the Development team with accurate scheme information. Weekend work may be required.
