Key priorities involve delivering actionable analytics for marketing campaigns and key client programs, managing supplier relationships, and integrating platforms alongside IT and Finance. Crucially, the position will act as the firm’s internal authority, leading change management and upskilling both the marketing team and senior fee earners.

Candidates must possess at least four years of CRM experience, with a solid background operating within a legal environment. Direct expertise with InterAction+ Hybrid is essential, while familiarity with Vuture, IQ, or Cirrom provides a distinct advantage. Proven technical capability in data analytics and project management must be paired with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioral change across the business.
