Role Outline

As part of an ambitious global growth agenda, the firm has created a brand-new leadership role to partner with the Global Senior Director of Marketing Communications. As Assistant Director of Digital, Content, Brand & Creative Services, this individual will act as a key driver in building a world-class digital and brand centre of excellence. Steering a multi-disciplinary team, the postholder will oversee team delivery, lead agency relationships following recent global brand and website launches, and harness AI and tech disruption to drive the next evolution of the firm’s global brand.

Key Responsibilities

This role leads the overarching development, optimisation, and execution of integrated global digital, content, and brand strategies designed to enhance commercial impact and client engagement. Reporting directly to the Global Senior Director of Marketing Communications, the position oversees direct reports managing digital marketing, internal communications, brand, graphics, and campaigns while serving as the executive steward of the firm's digital ecosystem (including web, social, SEO, analytics, and digital reputation). Crucially, this individual will spearhead the integration of AI technologies across marketing workflows, lead operating model reviews, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate firm-wide growth priorities into high-performing, data-driven initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience within professional services or a complex matrixed corporate environment.
• Deep experience leading large-scale organisational, digital, or brand transformation initiatives on a global scale.
• Outstanding expertise in digital-first strategy, encompassing platforms, SEO, web analytics, and social media engagement.
• Solutions-focused leadership style with a strong focus on driving ROI, utilising data, and implementing AI-driven technologies.
