We exist to benefit our communities, not shareholders. As a social enterprise, we balance financial sustainability with social impact, reinvesting into facilities, programmes, and partnerships that improve health, reduce inequality, and strengthen community wellbeing across Trafford’s diverse neighbourhoods.

Working through our customer facing move brand and our evidence led Trafford Leisure brand, we deliver inclusive leisure centres, community programmes, health and wellbeing initiatives, and strategic partnerships that support behaviour change at scale. Movement is central to everything we do, because we believe it is a catalyst for better health, stronger communities, and positive life outcomes.

We are an ambitious organisation with a clear social purpose, committed to inclusion, innovation, and working collaboratively with partners, communities, and colleagues for the benefit of our Trafford community.
