Sales Engineer, Testing

In the AI era, tools with autonomous agents, LLMs, and vibe coding are ubiquitous. Users and employees everywhere are generating more code, more change, and more complexity than any enterprise has ever had to manage…and that wave is only accelerating! Copado is uniquely positioned to turn this momentum into a strategic advantage. As agentic solutions and AI-driven development flood organizations with new code and capabilities, the enterprises that win will be those that can validate, govern, and ship software with speed and confidence.

Copado is redefining what it means to deliver software at enterprise scale. Trusted by more than 1,700 global customers from Coca-Cola to eBay to Volkswagen, our Agentia™ platform is purpose-built for the complexity, compliance, and governance demands that enterprises actually face. Agentia is a unified AgentOps solution that embeds context-aware AI agents directly into the delivery lifecycle, spanning intelligent planning, automated code validation, AI-driven testing, and governed release management. The approach is a "humans in control" model: humans define intent and guardrails, agents execute within those boundaries, and every release is faster, safer, and fully auditable. The result is an enterprise-grade platform that has been proven across the world's most regulated and demanding industries.
