Delphi Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to lead and develop our RI consultancy service within children's residential care. You will act as the named RI for an agreed portfolio, providing oversight, governance, and support to providers and Registered Managers.
The role combines statutory RI responsibilities with consultancy, quality assurance, client relationship management, and business development support, with flexible/home-based working and national travel.
