Responsibilities

• Property Compliance
• Manage compliance across gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, water hygiene and other safety areas
• Maintain accurate compliance records and certification
• Coordinate inspections, servicing, and remedial works
• Work with contractors and internal teams to address risks and meet deadlines
• Support audits and regulatory inspections

Requirements

• Experience in property or housing compliance
• Good knowledge of UK health & safety and property legislation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
