Hotel Room Attendants

We are looking on behalf of our client, 4-star hotel in Derry , for friendly, reliable and hardworking Room Attendants to join the housekeeping team

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high 4-star standard.
• Change bed linen, towels and other room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust and clean all areas of guest rooms.
• Replenish toiletries and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damage or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and correctly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
• Follow hotel health, safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room-cleaning targets.
• Provide a friendly and professional service to guests when required.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience, although full training can be provided .
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A positive and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• A professional and friendly manner.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
