Administrator

An ambitious and dynamic financial services firm is seeking to hire an administrator to join their growing team. Working closely with senior leadership to retain an existing client base and help grow the business.

Clients are at the heart of our service, taking a personalised approach to financial planning. Dealing primarily with private clients, the successful candidate will be expected to support the financial planning process, including dealing with client queries on the phone, email and face-to-face, as well as other administrative tasks, with guidance from a financial planner.

The role

Working closely with the firms senior leadership and wider team, you will be involved in the following:

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Helping to support an existing client base and dealing with client queries.
• Gathering client information to help support the financial planning process.
• Maintaining a client management system.
• Helping to prepare suitability reports with support and guidance from a financial planner.

• Adhering to the firms compliance procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & skills

• Excellent communication skills and strong personal organisation.
• Experience with financial systems and platforms.
• Customer service skills to help maintain a professional, positive and friendly attitude with an ability to build strong client relationships.
• IT literate (proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Good team player.
• Knowledge and experience of the advice process and the related regulatory requirements. Ideally with 2-5 years relevant industry experience.
• Whilst experience is preferable, applicants with a good educational background will also be considered.

The benefits

• Salary expectations of £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
