• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 23 days annual leave
• Temporary contract with potential for extension

About you

• At least 1 year's catering experience, including responsibility for cooking
• Strong organisational skills and attention to hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently and support team operations
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

What you'll do

• Assist with preparing and opening the canteen, training restaurant, and kitchens, ensuring readiness for service
• Operate catering equipment safely and efficiently
• Support lecturing staff and students in using resources professionally and safely
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all catering spaces in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Help set up and clear events, exhibitions, and displays
