A leading manufacturing business based in Lisburn is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join its growing sales team. Operating across multiple sectors and supplying products to customers throughout the UK and international markets, the organisation offers a dynamic environment, long-term career prospects and an excellent benefits new role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in converting enquiries into sales and supporting customers throughout the sales closely with the Business Development Manager and wider commercial team, you will manage inbound enquiries, follow up on sales leads and build relationships with prospective customers. You will utilise the company's CRM system to manage opportunities, maintain accurate records and ensure a professional customer experience at every stage.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound sales enquiries and converting opportunities into sales
• Following up on leads generated through marketing activity and customer enquiries
• Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Handling customer queries via telephone, email and online messaging platforms
• Maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline activity on the CRM system
• Providing product information and sales support to customers
• Working collaboratively with sales, marketing and customer service teams
• Supporting general sales administration activities as required

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience within an Internal Sales, Telesales or Sales Executive position
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions
• A confident, professional and persuasive communication style
• A proactive approach and desire to work towards targets and KPIs
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good IT skills and experience updating CRM systems

Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous, as would experience working within a product-led business.
