We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Bar Team Member to join our Food & Beverage team You'll have: A passion for creating great guest experiences A friendly, confident personality Excellent attention to detail A positive attitude and a desire to exceed expectations Key Responsibilities · Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks · Welcoming guests and take bar orders · Serving food and drinks in line with company standards · Reconciling bar takings at the end of each shift · Changing barrels and clean beer lines when required · Following licensing laws and company procedures · Serving drinks in line with the Weights & Measures Act · Promoting products and upsell professionally where appropriate What We’re Looking For Essentials: · Have previous experience in a similar hospitality role · Have extensive knowledge of preparing, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks · Have an understanding of licensing regulations, food hygiene and quality standards · Have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment · Have excellent communication and customer service skills Desirables: · Have experience working in high-volume venues · Have experience delivering premium bar service · Have knowledge of wines and coffee · Have Food Safety training or certification Additional Information Zero-hour contract Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work as needed to meet team and business demands.
