- £30.73 Per Hour An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Wellingborough.
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a HVAC Engineer to cover a commercial site.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm £30.73 per hour via Umbrella Contract type: temp to perm Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
Maintain and repair pumps, motors, bearings, seals and compressors.
Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), including filter changes and cleaning.
Carry out basic chiller resets and fault finding.
Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and identify any plant issues.
Ensure all maintenance records and logbooks are accurately completed.
Escort specialist subcontractors when required.
Provide technical support and assist fellow engineers across the portfolio.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures. xwwtmva
Requirements Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds
- Level 2 & 3 City & Guilds (Category I F-Gas and ODS Regulations Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing Please send your CV to Jordyn at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
