- Friday Days £70,000-£75,000 Birmingham You will be a technically strong electrical engineering professional with the experience and confidence to take ownership of electrical safety, compliance and engineering standards within a demanding manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist technical support for electrical fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs and root cause analysis across production machinery, wrapping equipment and site services.
* Maintain, upgrade and develop PLC control systems and associated technical documentation.
* Lead and support electrical engineering projects, including installations, modifications, upgrades, development and commissioning.
* Manage electrical authorisations and competency certification for engineering personnel.
* Ensuring appropriate skills, training and authorisation levels are maintained.
* Conduct regular electrical audits to ensure compliance with site standards, specifications and safe working practices.
