In this hands-on role, you'll be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle, working within multidisciplinary teams to design, build and deliver high-quality software. You'll also have opportunities to mentor colleagues, influence technical decisions and take ownership of significant pieces of work.

What we're looking for:

• Strong commercial experience in at least one of: Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript
• A pragmatic and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Experience designing and building maintainable, well-structured systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A passion for learning new technologies and continuously developing your skills
