INVESTMENT IN YOU

This isn't an employer that simply talks about development.

Approximately £5,000–£6,000 per engineer, every year, is invested in professional development.

You'll have access to recognised industry training, qualifications and specialist development through trusted training providers.

If you're looking to develop your technical skills and progress your career, the investment is there to help you do it.

ON-CALL & OVERTIME

Looking to increase your earnings?

Optional overtime is available.

The current on-call rota is 1 in 6, with:

£180 on-call retainer

Time and a half for callouts

Door-to-door travel time paid

Calls are initially screened by a dedicated 24-hour technical support team, helping to significantly reduce unnecessary callouts.

WHY NOTTINGHAM ENGINEERS SHOULD TAKE NOTICE

If you're based in Nottingham or the surrounding areas, you know how quickly a local engineering role can turn into hours spent travelling between jobs.

This opportunity takes a different approach.

The regionalised patch is designed to reduce unnecessary travel and keep engineers working closer to home wherever possible.

That means less time on the road and more time back in your day.

Combine that with a company EV, excellent benefits and substantial investment in your professional development, and this is an opportunity worth exploring.

• £33,000–£38,000 salary
• Company electric vehicle
• Home EV charging point where suitable
• Paid working time to recharge the vehicle where home charging isn't possible
