Hiring for an IT consultancy seeking an experienced Staffing Manager to join the team.

The Role: As a Staffing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing capacity planning across tech projects with our clients then aligning our internal tech workforce. This is a relationship-focused position where you'll work directly with internal stakeholders and the contractor network to ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capacity planning and workforce management
• Aligning internal network of tech contractors to projects
• Internal stakeholder management across the business
• Acting as point of escalation for contract renewals& incidents

• Strong relationship management skills

• Preferred experience working in small/scale up companies
