Remuneration: £50,000 + £20,000 - £25,000 bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Automatic Doors will involve:

·Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security

·All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractorsand end users

·Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k - £500k

·Good blend of account management and new business

·Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2.5m-3m

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Automatic Doors with:

·Must have construction field sales experience selling direct to site via FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractorsand end users

·Must be able to digest technical information

·Must be commercially astute

·Hunter, driven and a team player
