Maintenance Engineer – Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Corby on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be both electrically and mechanically minded , with strong hands-on maintenance and fault-finding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise machinery downtime
• Identify and resolve potential maintenance issues
• Work alongside and support apprentices, helping to develop their skills
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to a high standard

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving xwwtmva skills
• A practical, hands-on approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to support and mentor apprentices
