We are currently recruiting for two Transport Admin Clerks to join a busy transport operation based in Stafford. These are ongoing positions and would suit candidates with previous administration experience, ideally within a transport or logistics environment.

For this Transport Admin Clerk role, your responsibilities will include:

General administration and data entry

Driver briefing and debriefing

Processing and checking driver paperwork

Maintaining accurate transport records

Key control and management

Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration

Communicating with drivers and internal teams

Ensuring paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time

For this Transport Admin Clerk role, you will need:

Previous administration experience is essential

Previous transport/logistics administration experience is desirable

Confident communicating with drivers and colleagues

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Good IT and data-entry skills

Reliable and organised

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Ongoing work

Stafford location

Choice of two shift patterns – 4 on / 4 off: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
