£35,000 – £45,000 + Specialist Training + Career Progression + Company Bonus + 31 Days Holiday (rising with length of service)

Site based near Bicester. Commutable from Oxford, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Banbury, Aylesbury, Chipping Norton and surrounding areas

This company are a market leading multi-national manufacturer of consumer products. The role would be based at one of their production sites. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand the headcount and strengthen the Engineering team.

The duties within this role are twofold, looking at how systems / engineering processes could be improved and helping within the maintenance team. There is a great amount of training included so candidates from any strong Engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Helping within the maintenance Team
• Looking at processes and continuous improvement for production / machinery
• Monday – Friday DAYS based role
• Great specialist training offered by company

• Live commutable to Bicester
