Pool Service Engineer – Field Based (Company Van)

Compass Pools by Waterstream is a leading UK provider of luxury pool installation and maintenance. We're hiring a Pool Service Engineer to carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs on high-end residential and commercial pools, based from our West Sussex office with travel across the UK.

What you'll do:

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and pool cleans
• Diagnose and repair pool plant equipment (heating, filtration, dosing, control systems)
• Resolve issues on-site, minimising downtime for clients
• Report back clearly to the Service Office after each job

What you'll need (essential):

• A valid UK driving licence
• Background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC engineering (pool-specific experience not required, full training given)
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients

Nice to have:

• Existing pool servicing or water chemistry experience

Travel: Typically 1 night away per week. Company van provided, plus bonuses for nights away and a food allowance.
