Responsibilities:
Lead the team, coaching engineers and raising standards
Set direction & architecture and driving root-cause thinking for high-reliability systems
Being a hands-on developer, whilst making the time to lead projects
Required Experience:
Expertise in Embedded C on Linux for resource-constrained hardware and complex SoC environments.
Experience leading a software team
