The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Consultant ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) specialist for a long-term outpatient opportunity in the West Midlands.

This role runs from 21 September 2026 to 18 December 2026, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, providing dedicated outpatient clinic support. The position focuses exclusively on clinic activity, with no ward commitments, making it an ideal opportunity for a consultant seeking a structured weekday schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver consultant-led ENT outpatient clinics
• Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with ENT conditions
• Provide timely clinical decision-making and treatment plans
• Complete associated clinic administration, with 1 hour of admin time allocated per 4-hour clinic session
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Substantive NHS experience as a Consultant ENT specialist
• Excellent outpatient clinic experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Satisfactory professional references
• Right to work in the UK (please note visa sponsorship is not available)

• Rates must fall within the West Midlands consultant rate cap
