We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised beverage and lifestyle brand with a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional facilities team and support the smooth day-to-day operation of a modern office workplace.

The role has arisen to provide cover for a member of staff undergoing an operation, with the possibility of the assignment being extended depending on their recovery.

Location: Uxbridge
Assignment Type: Temporary Cover
Start Date: 14th October
Potential for Extension
Hours 9am- 6pm.
£15 per hour

Required Working Dates

October:

14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29

November:

3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26

December:

1, 2, 3

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the daily operation of workplace facilities
Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces
Managing incoming deliveries, post, and courier services
Carrying out routine office and facilities checks
Liaising with contractors, visitors, and employees
Maintaining high standards across communal areas
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
Assisting with office moves and furniture setups
Responding promptly to facilities-related requests
Supporting health & safety compliance across the site

About You

Previous facilities, caretaker, maintenance, workplace support or hospitality experience preferred
Practical and hands-on approach to work
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and proactive
Able to work independently and use initiative
Comfortable undertaking light manual handling duties
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high-quality working environment
