The support varies from enabling access into the community, promoting the individuals to make their own choices and ensuring medication, finances etc are dealt with effectively.Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However this role does require a driver.We are a fantastic organisation to work for: a local charity with a focus on person-centred support.
