THE ROLE

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary year groups.

Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning during the class teacher's absence.

Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with each school's policies.

Adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Support pupils' academic progress, confidence and development.

Ensure children remain engaged, motivated and supported throughout the school day.

Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of teaching and learning.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Previous teaching experience within a primary school setting.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A flexible, proactive and professional approach.

The ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and colleagues.

Confidence delivering lessons across different primary year groups.

A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.

Reliability, adaptability and a positive attitude.
