Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious dealership in Brighton for the position of Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable and customer-focused team within a leading automotive brand. Benefits:

A basic salary of £31,500 per annum, negotiable based on experience
Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £40,000
Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
One in four Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (retail work only)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional holiday entitlement based on service length

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Manage service bookings efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Upsell service plans, warranties, and additional services tailored to customer needs
Handle all paperwork processing and auditing to ensure compliance
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Promote the dealership’s professional image and uphold quality standards
Drive sales and profit through effective communication and upselling techniquesRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a prestige or franchised dealership
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
A professional and approachable manner with customers and colleagues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic Motor Trade knowledge, with sales capabilities preferred
Familiarity with Power DMS and RTC systems is advantageous
