Firm but fair, with the ability to build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
A strong communicator who can work effectively as part of a team.
Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and helping every young person reach their potential.
Previous experience in a secondary school, specialist SEND provision, alternative provision or a similar setting would be highly desirable. Training in positive behaviour support, de-escalation or Team Teach would be advantageous.

A consistent morning working pattern.
The opportunity to work alongside a supportive school team.
The chance to develop valuable experience in SEND and behaviour support.
Working Hours

This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time morning work who has the skills, experience and commitment to support a pupil with complex needs.
