Location: London (4 days office-based / 1 day remote)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (Higher basic available for exceptional talent)

Package: 15% – 20% commission on ALL placements | 3-Month Commission Guarantee available

Due to continued expansion and exciting growth plans, they are seeking an ambitious and drive-focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is a brand-new, high-impact role designed for a proven recruiter with strong business development skills who wants to build and scale a desk—with a clear trajectory to build a team around themselves.

What’s on Offer?

Competitive Basic Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (higher basic offered for exceptional talent).

Earn 15% to 20% commission on all placements from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively drive new business development, targeting and winning new healthcare client accounts.

Source, interview, and place high-calibre healthcare professionals into permanent positions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, maintaining high compliance standards and client satisfaction.

Leverage internal contract opportunities to maximize your placement potential and commission.

Lead by example on desk performance, laying the groundwork to hire and mentor junior consultants as you grow the division.

Key Requirements

Healthcare Experience (Essential): Background in healthcare recruitment - experience specifically within Doctors / Medical Consultants is highly desirable.

Track Record in BD: Proven ability to win new client business and build long-standing, profitable client relationships.

Ambitious & Driven: Highly self-motivated with the drive and passion to step into a future team leadership position.

End-to-End Competency: Excellent candidate sourcing capability, account management skills, and awareness of healthcare compliance.
