Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager in Greater London will lead engineering teams delivering hard FM services across complex sites for a facilities management provider. The role combines technical oversight with client and contractor management.

The Role

As the Engineering Manager, you'll:

Lead and develop engineering teams delivering hard FM services.
Oversee mechanical and electrical systems, including HV/LV infrastructure.
Maintain standards of statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance and health and safety.
Manage client relationships and contractor performance.
Resolve technical and operational problems across complex sites. About You

To be successful as the Engineering Manager, you'll have:

A strong engineering background in facilities management, ideally with a large FM provider.
Experience managing engineering teams and delivering hard FM services across complex sites.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including HV/LV infrastructure.
Excellent people management and communication skills, with an approachable leadership style.
Confidence managing clients and contractors, plus knowledge of compliance, PPM and health and safety.
Ideally, an NVQ Level 4 qualification and HV or LV Authorised Person experience. What's in it for You?
