Site Manager – Drainage / Steel Frame Warehouse

Day Rate: £300–£330 per day
Duration: 3 weeks

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 3-week contract on a steel frame warehouse project, overseeing drainage works.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with previous experience working for Tier 1 contractors and a proven track record of managing site operations safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing drainage works on a steel frame warehouse project.

Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed on schedule.

Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to.

Monitoring quality of works and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Liaising with the project team and providing regular progress updates.

Maintaining site records and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site activities.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial construction projects.

Essential: Previous experience working for Tier 1 contractors.

Strong knowledge of drainage works and site operations.

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Available to start immediately.
