Site Manager – Boiler Replacement Project

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
Contract: Temporary – 5 weeks

Trevett Services are working with a leading global facilities management and property services provider to recruit a Site Manager for a 5-week boiler replacement project at a commercial premises in Henley-on-Thames.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the boiler replacement works, ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of a boiler replacement project.
• Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors on site.
• Provide day-to-day site supervision and ensure works remain on programme.
• Review and manage RAMS, permits to work and site health & safety requirements.
• Monitor quality, progress and compliance with project specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, project teams and client representatives.
• Ensure works are completed safely and to the required standard.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Site Manager experience.
• Mechanical / boiler replacement project experience preferred.
• Strong subcontractor management experience.
• Good understanding of mechanical building services.
• Experience managing RAMS, permits and site health & safety.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
• Available to start Monday 19th October
