Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the defence, education, heritage, conservation, and residential sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Nottingham studio.

Produce drawing packages using Revit
Prepare building regulation drawings and construction details
Prepare tender drawing and information packages
Coordinate architectural design information with other members of the project team
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achievedRequirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
CIAT membership or working towards chartership
Experience managing projects across multiple sectors
Excellent technical detailing skills
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience desirable
