A well‑established UK manufacturer is looking for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join a high‑performing engineering team. This role suits someone who enjoys technical variety, thrives in a fast‑moving production environment.

You'll be supporting both proactive and reactive maintenance across high‑volume processing equipment, driving uptime, improving reliability, and ensuring safe, efficient operation on a busy, well‑invested site. Role Overview

Electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
Working as part of a skilled, friendly engineering team
Reporting into an experienced Maintenance Manager
Maintaining fast‑moving, high‑volume industrial production equipment
Involvement in CI/Kaizen projects and cross‑functional improvements
Supporting machinery upgrades, installations, and site improvements
Access to internal and external training to support development
Ensuring safe working practices at all timesSkills & Experience

Time‑served apprenticeship (dual skilled engineer)
Strong background in Packaging, FMCG, or similar environments
Confident fault‑finding across electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, rollers, tensioners, valves
Comfortable working in a hands‑on, sometimes messy, fast‑paced environment
Motivated team player with a proactive approach to engineering challengesWhy This Role
