Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor in Milford, Surrey. Standard working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to FridayDuties of the Service Advisor:

Greet customers professionally and respond to their inquiries with courtesy
Schedule service appointments and provide clear communication on vehicle needs
Act as liaison between customers and the service department to facilitate smooth operations
Offer accurate information regarding services, costs, and timelines
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services aligned with manufacturer recommendations
Handle customer concerns and complaints empathetically, providing solutions where possible
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service transactions
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journeyRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage several tasks simultaneously
Willingness to learn new processes and develop skills further
