What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Implementing strategies to support learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
Supporting children with EHCP targets where required
Creating a safe, nurturing and supportive learning environment
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and parentsWe're Looking For

Previous experience working in a UK school or educational setting
Experience supporting children with SEND
Good understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management
Right to work in the UK
A patient, resilient and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potentialIdeal Experience
