Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

The Company:
A UK based FM company who deliver 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by their regional office network. Clients include hospitality venues, grocers, healthcare, schools, Government buildings and commercial properties.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (Splits / VRV's / VRF's/ Heat Pumps) across Birmingham up to 1/2 hours away
Periodically, you will also carry out small installations as required.
You may be required to carry out other PPM's as and when required although this will be rare.

The person:

You will be an experienced air-conditioning engineer who has a proven track record of service and maintenance.

Salary:

Up to £48,000 depending on experience, private use of van, 23 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
30 Minutes each way travel unpaid
Call out - 1 week in 5 - £150 standby allowance
40 hour week
OT rates of x1.5 and x2
