About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting people in your community?

We are looking for a caring, motivated, and compassionate Band 5 Accident and Emergency Worker to join our team across the Egerton Road in Guildford, Surrey. You will play a key role in helping individuals maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing, and access the support they need within their own homes and communities.

What You'll Do

• Support service users with their health, wellbeing, and social care needs
• Carry out assessments and contribute to person-centred care plans
• Work cosely with healthcare professionals, families, and partner agencies
• Promote independence and positive health outcomes
• Keep accurate and timely records
• Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Paticipate in team meetings, supervision, and training

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Minimum 6 months of NHS or community healthcare experience
• Experience working with vulnerable adults, families, children, or community services
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentialit
