Account Manager Paid Socials

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paid Social Account Manager to join a Leeds-based creative business working with an impressive portfolio of household names across beauty, retail and FMCG.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a social media specialist who understands that effective social goes beyond content and clicks. Working as part of an insight-led team, you'll help clients connect social activity to wider brand strategy, audience engagement and commercial growth, bringing together paid, organic and influencer activity to deliver meaningful results.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a key point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest, ensuring activity is aligned with client objectives and wider marketing strategies.
• Coordinating paid, organic and influencer activity to deliver cohesive, insight-led social campaigns.
• Acting as a primary client contact, presenting content plans, campaign ideas and performance reports, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs, analysing results and identifying opportunities to optimise activity and improve ROI.
• Briefing creative and studio teams on campaign assets, content requirements and creative development.
• Managing influencer relationships from initial research and selection through to campaign delivery and fulfilment.
• Attending client meetings and external photoshoots where required.
• Contributing research, audience insights and ideas to support client growth and new business opportunities.

You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your accounts, influence campaign direction and help clients understand how effective social activity can support their wider commercial ambitions.

About You

You'll have experience in a client-facing social media, paid social or digital marketing role, ideally within a creative, digital or integrated agency environment.

You'll bring:

• Around three years' experience in social media or digital marketing, with hands-on paid social campaign management experience.
• Practical experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Confidence managing client relationships, presenting ideas and communicating performance insights.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience briefing creative teams and coordinating campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• An understanding of how paid, organic and influencer activity can work together to achieve wider marketing objectives.
• A proactive, organised approach, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and take ownership of your accounts.
