Paid Social Account Director

This company are looking for an Account Director to take strategic ownership of a portfolio of exciting ecommerce clients, bringing together Paid Social, PPC and Creative to drive meaningful growth. The role is 80 per cent Paid Social so this is the key experience needed.

This is a hands‑on senior role. You'll be the person clients look to for strategic direction, new ideas and confidence — working directly with senior stakeholders and building trust with clients.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

• Owning the strategy, performance and growth of your client portfolio.
• Developing joined‑up Paid Media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Ads.
• Leading creative strategy, including hooks, formats, video, UGC and influencer content.
• Using performance data to identify what's working and develop the next wave of creative.
• Presenting strategy, insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Managing client budgets, KPIs and overall performance.
• Running projects and workflows across Paid Social, PPC and Creative.
• Identifying new opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Working closely with the Performance, PPC, Paid Social and Creative teams.

About you:

You'll ideally have:

• Strong Paid Social experience across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads / PPC.
• A genuine passion for creative and performance, particularly UGC, influencers and performance‑led creative.
• Proven experience building and owning Paid Media strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• A proactive, ideas‑led approach and a genuine ownership mentality.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing agency environment.
