Our client is an established manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Engineer. The successful candidate will take a lead role within the maintenance function, ensuring production equipment, plant and site services remain safe, reliable and operational.

This is a varied role suited to a proactive engineer who enjoys being hands-on while also taking ownership of maintenance performance, compliance and continuous improvement.

The Role.

Fault Finding: Diagnose, fault-find and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and control system breakdowns across production machinery, tooling and site services.

Electrical & Automation: Maintain, modify and improve PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment, while supporting the installation, testing and commissioning of machinery and electrical plant.

The Candidate

Experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic and control systems.
Experience with PLC-controlled systems and automated machinery.
