Account Manager Sales Executive

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analysis capabilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries
• Understand client needs through consultative questioning and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain and update customer information within Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify potential opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Track sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast future revenue accurately
• Assist in developing strategies to improve sales processes and client engagement
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
• Support leadership in achieving team sales targets through proactive efforts

Experience
Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential for managing client interactions efficiently. Strong analysis skills are necessary for interpreting market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies. Excellent communication skills are vital for building rapport with clients across diverse industries. Leadership qualities such as initiative, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively will distinguish successful applicants. A background in technology or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
