Role Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Data Cabling Engineer to join our growing team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy tackling new challenges and believe that doing a job properly matters, we'd love to hear from you.

No two days are quite the same. You'll be working across a variety of customer sites, delivering high-quality structured cabling, fibre and EPOS installations, from new installations and upgrades through to fault finding, testing and maintenance.

You'll be hands-on with everything from cable installation, routing and termination to testing, troubleshooting and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. Attention to detail is key – we want engineers who take ownership of their work, maintain a clean and professional working environment and get things right first time.

But it's not just about technical ability. Great communication is just as important as great workmanship. You'll be representing our business on customer sites, working closely with project managers, fellow engineers and customers to keep everyone informed, flag potential issues early and make sure projects run smoothly.

We're looking for someone who can work confidently on their own initiative, contribute as part of a wider team and take genuine pride in delivering a great customer experience.

Above all, we value engineers who are reliable, proactive and committed to quality – people who don't just complete a job, but make sure it's done right.
