Package:

• Basic Salary: £43,000 - 45,000
• 40hr working week
• Door to door pay
• On call rota 1 in 5
• Overtime rates paid at time ½ and double time on weekends

We work closely with many partners to offer all our clients reactive callout services and planned maintenance tailored to meet your specific needs.
Contracts include: pubs, restaurants, hotels, education facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas systems
• Fault finding and reactive breakdowns on boilers and plant equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial sites
• Testing, commissioning and gas safety checks
• Working on pumps, valves, controls and associated pipework
• Completing service reports and compliance paperwork
• Ensuring compliance with gas regulations and health & safety standards
• Liaising with clients and identifying remedial works

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1,COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1
• Oftec, LPG or FGAS or COMCAT Qualification would also be an advantage
• Full Driver’s Licence
